Dressing:
1 tablespoon balsamic or raspberry vinegar
1 teaspoons olive oil

Dessert
1/2 cup natural pack canned, frozen (defrosted) or fresh peaches

For an extra 300 calories: combine 1 ounce almonds (24 nuts) and 8 ounces soymilk, 1% fat milk or non-fat yogurt for a snack.
