Special Diets

Although most people with allergies to eggs are allergic to the protein in the egg white, some have problems with the yolk and a few can't tolerate either. While it is easier to avoid eggs in meals (especially Amy’s, we never use eggs) , it can be challenging to avoid eggs in desserts. There is a great dessert cookbook that offers great egg-free desserts. Check out our cookbooks page for more information (add link to cookbook page here).

Dear Amy,

My son was just diagnosed with an egg allergy. Are any of your products egg free?

From Melissa

Hi Melissa:
Yes. In fact, we do not use eggs in any of our products. We are happy to report that your son can enjoy all of our meals without consequence.

From,
Amy

"I had been struggling to find food that I could make quickly that tasted good to eat and was healthy. On my sister's recommendation we tried your Amy's roasted vegetable pizza and we are hooked! As far as we're concerned our daughter and son will be growing up on Amy's delicious variety. Thank you for providing us all with the opportunity to eat healthy, good tasting food."
