2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon tamari
Need A Little More? For an extra 300 calories: add 1/2 cup yogurt at breakfast + 1 cup salad
and 1 tablespoon dressing at lunch + 1 cup 1% milk or soymilk at snack
+ 1/2 cup fruit after dinner.
