My boyfriend works in the tradeshow industry and recently introduced me to your pasta sauce and Black Bean and Corn Salsa that he tried while at the convention. Just wanted to write and say that I am not normally a fan of Salsas, But I just bought a jar of Amy's Mild Salsa and I have to say it tastes great. It has a very nice consistency too, not watery like a lot of other salsas.
