Amy's Kitchen 3 Cheese Pizza with Cornmeal Crust
Freezers aren't always kind to pizza crust--many we tasted were too doughy, too dense or too limp. But judges loved this unique recipe, noting the "great cornmeal texture." Cheese lovers will like this one, too--it's topped with mozzarella, parmesan and goat cheese, plus chopped tomatoes.

Dear Amy, I am in love. I asked my niece if you can love pasta sauce? She laughed. My sisters and I are slowly starting to buy organic and we stumbled upon your sauce in one of our favorite stores. Usually we have to add seasonings to sauces, not Amy's! I love pasta and this is the BEST sauce I have ever tasted. I have told co-workers, family, even my niece in Texas to try and find this sauce it is the best. I cannot wait to try your other products. Your apple pie is the perfect treat. Sometimes I like to offer a special treat to my young boys (and when I want a tasty treat myself). I will reach for one of your apple pies on just such an occasion. You should see us digging in with our spoons at the same time (not a pretty sight, I assure you). I’m sure it would be great with a scoop of ice cream as well. Hmmmm, might have to try that next time.
