Lower sodium content in frozen meals?
I’m
listening. This month, Our Take highlights a line of new products
from Amy’s Kitchen: Amy’s Light in Sodium frozen
meals. The products dare to maintain taste while removing sodium
content — a feat few frozen food makers have accomplished.
We tested the product to determine whether or not food processors
have to give up taste when they deplete sodium.

Amy’s Light in Sodium frozen foods
Amy’s Kitchen recently introduced Amy’s
Light in Sodium frozen foods. Like other Amy’s products,
the frozen products are natural and organic. The products offer
consumers a convenient, healthier alternative to other frozen
foods and meals. The Amy’s Light in Sodium line includes
Vegetable Lasagna, Veggie Loaf, Black Bean Enchilada and Brown
Rice & Vegetables Bowl. The products range in sodium content
from 190 to 340 milligrams.
Amy's
Kids Meals!
Recently Amy’s got a letter from a mother who asked if Amy’s
would please make special meals for children. So in response to her letter
many similar requests, Amy’s is offering “Amy’s Kids
Meals,” made with special “kid appeal” in child-sized
portions. Of course, the ingredients are natural and organic and no meat,
fish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are used. >> Click here!
