EDITOR'S PICK
'Light' soups are heavy on taste.

Light in Sodium SoupWith Amy's Kitchen, less is more. That's because the natural and organic convenience foods line makes an effort to provide customers with flavor-packed foods that don't take much time to prepare. Now, the company takes the back-to-basics approach with its new Light in Sodium canned soups. The heat-and-serve soups come in three flavors: Cream of Tomato, Lentil Vegetable and Butternut Squash. Each is made with certified organic ingredients and is GMO (genetically modified organisms)-free. The sodium content of these soups is half of what you'll find in Amy's original soup line. Rich, hearty and fulfilling are the best descriptions for these cold weather comfort foods. Add a grilled-cheese sandwich for a cozy winter supper.
