I’m excited to be able to tell you a little more about me in my new
journal. You can see what’s up with me, my family and Amy’s
Kitchen – all through my perspective as “Amy.”
If
you're on a plane, I'm easy to spot. You’ll always find me sitting
right next to the person who is just about to flip out. In
fact, I’m pretty sure the airlines know in advance that I’ll
be the calmest person on the plane and deliberately seat me next to
the passenger most terrified of heights, closed spaces, flight attendants,
or just likely to have a midair panic attack.
When a pygmy hippopotamus was rescued from the dry back yard of a California doctor, staffers at The Fund for Animals Wildlife Center were told the rare animal likely wouldn’t survive.
