LETTER ARCHIVE 2005

I can't thank you enough
Dear Amy,
I can't thank you enough for all the Amy's frozen meals! Since
I'm a strong supporter of organic foods and fair trade PLUS a
lacto-vegetarian, it's great to be able to just have easy meals
in a few minutes.
This summer I went to a camp called Jusiceworx here in NJ, which
is a week of service/justice immersion. One night we did an interesting
exercise to see how third world and second world people eat. We
were seperated into three groups (first, second and third world)
, and we weren't told what was going on. The first world dined
on chicken a la king and soda with cake, second world ate a plateful
of beans and rice with water, and third world had a small cup of
rice and a sip of water. The third world people had to sit on the
ground and couldn't talk, but the first and second worlds could
talk and sat at tables.
When we all came back from the different rooms, we saw the garbage
left from the first world was enough to have fed the third world
three meals a person! It was a very enlightening experience, and
I just wanted to share it.
thanks,
Rebecca (age 14)

Newest Fan!
Dear
Amy,
There's probably a million other things that I should be doing
right now but my pictures came back the other day and I wanted
to send you one. Our family really enjoys your frozen products.
You newest fan is my Theta Jane, who turns one
on Saturday. Theta Jane delights is eating your Broccoli Pot Pies!
I am really thankful that your company exists, otherwise I would
be totally lost in the freezer section. It took our local grocery
store FOREVER to start carrying your items... unfortunately the
closest Co-Op is an hour away.
I hope your company continues to be successful and I am so glad
you use organic vegetables! Thanks for helping me keep my children
healthy!

Great job!
Dear Amy,
Hi,
I just wanted to say what a great job you guys are doing with Amy's
Kitchen. I was never a fan of frozen dinners; however, when my
son was born I didn't have time to make the gourmet meals my husband
and I enjoyed while I was pregnant. Time and energy constraints
required either ordering Chinese, pizza or frozen meals. Boy, are
we glad we discovered Amy's. Not only are your products tasty,
but I feel good about eating them due to their organic nature.
It seems we have now come full circle. As my son, now a toddler,
and I love to share your stuffed pasta shells for lunch. He really
likes them, and so do I.
Keep up the great work!!
From Brooke

A Little Praise
Dear Amy,
I just wanted to write you a letter to tell you that I *heart*
yourproducts.
I am a 15-year vegetarian and can't tell you how easy it is to
maintain my diet since I started to eat your products (about 4
years now). I don't know what has taken me so long to write to
you.
Amy's
Kitchen My most favorite is the broccoli and cheese pocket, followed
closely by the chunky tomato bisque. I eat something from Amy's
every day for lunch at work.
I even tricked my boyfriend into eating a soy cheese pizza pocket
once and
he didn't even know the difference. He thought it was a hot pocket! <gasp!
anyhow, thanks so much for making such delicious, wholesome, and
convenient foods for those of us who think McDonald’s should
be a four-letter-word.
As long as you keep making your products, I’ll keep buying
them.
warm regards,
