  1. Cook fries according to directions on package.
  2. While fries are cooking, make nacho cheeze by combining all ingredients into a blender. Blend well and add more water if a thinner sauce is desired.
  3. Cook chili according to directions on can.
  4. Pour chili on top of fries.
  5. Top with nacho cheeze.
