I have been buying and really enjoying Amy's frozen dinners as a tasty, healthy way to lose weight by eating 3 a day. The calories are 270 to about 320 and your food is great. Lost 3 pounds in a week and was not hungry!

Dear Amy,
About 20 months ago I started a long overdue diet and exercise plan. I had been obese for many years and was heading towards my 50th birthday with increasing health problems. I joined Weight Watchers and began seeking products that would be healthy, nourishing, filling and tasty.
One of my favorites was your Tamale Pie, which became part of a satisfying lunch on many days. I am happy to say that over time I lost 97 pounds and am in very good health now. And I still rely on your Tamale Pies to help keep me on track!

products are. I've been following the South Beach diet for a few years
now and am bored as can be on their frozen entrees for lunch. Your use
of whole wheat flour and real ingredients allow me to stay on my diet

I just thought you deserved some positive feedback for your Kids Meals. I do not have kids but the smaller portions really helped me resolve my portion control issues with comfort food.

Dear Amy,
Please keep 'em coming. I am on a very strict low sodium diet for congestive heart failure and am allowed a max of 500 mgs per meal. Less is better. Low cholesterol is a bonus.
Your low sodium meals keep some spicy interest in my otherwise boring culinary life! You prove that food doesn't have to taste bad (or like cardboard) to not be loaded with salt.
Please don't stop making them and I hope you keep making more types!
