I just want to thank you for making such wonderful and delicious
products. I have been eating them since July and I absolutely
love them!
In January of this year (2005) I started walking and trying
to eat healthier, but found that I began to lose weight, but
wasn't getting to eat so many of the foods that I liked so
much. I also wasn't eating the right amounts of calories daily.
I still lost weight, but was giving up a lot of foods I liked.
In July I got the 3 Hour Diet Book by Jorge Cruz and discovered
Amy's foods. I have been hooked ever since. I love your food
so much and I feel like I am eating healthy, restaurant style
foods. I love your cheese enchiladas, vegetable lasagna, pasta
shells bowls, spinach and feta cheese pockets and many other
foods.
I am a teacher and your foods are quick and easy to make and
make me feel full. I have continued to lose weight and have
lost 100 pounds so far since January. I am thankful that I
can buy your foods and love the foods I eat and still lose
weight and be healthy.
I have a hard time finding some of your foods that I like
in one grocery store so I end up going to different ones that
I know sell my favorites. Although I spend lots of money on
Amy's foods, I would not stop buying them. I love them! They
are worth the drive to find.
Thank you!
Vivian
Dear
Amy:
I decided to go as close to organic as possible about 6
weeks ago. I Feel healthier already. I'm not completely
vegetarian yet, but getting closer. Your dinners are great. There's
not even one that I dislike. My favorite is vegetable
lasagna and the apple and the strawberry pops. I like to eat
one of the pops with a glass of iced tea. I also like
the Mexican Tamale Pie (so tasty and at only 150 calories). I
find that controlling my weight is easier with your dinners
too. Thank you so much. Much continued success to you.
Sincerely,
Char

Dear Amy,
i just finished my lunch: Amy's Tortellini Pasta Bowl with
pesto. YUM! I couldn't ask for a better meal in a restaurant,
and to have it in the frozen convenience of my fridge is
terrific!
Last year, when the kids went back to school, I was a little
down. I at lunch out a LOT. I gained 10 pounds. I knew this
was not only unhealthy, but it wasn't a good way for me to
live. I planned ahead this year, and stocked up on some convenient
foods that are also healthy. Yours was one I decided to give
a try.
Thank you! Not only will I not gain any weight this year,
now that school is back in session, I'll enjoy by lunches at
home.

Dear Amy,
I just wanted to tell you that your soup is the best soup
ever. It is sooooo tasty and what I really love is that it
is light on calories and still very healthy. I'm a vegetarian
and I recently began counting calories and working out because
I have some fitness goals that I want to meet. Your soup has
really helped me along the way. It's so filling. I work in
an office and it's so hard to beat those desk snack feelings
but just one can satisfies me to the max. Go on Amy's.

Dear Amy,
I don't know how you folks do it - making delicious,
healthy, organic, and affordable frozen food - but whatever
your secret is, the results are wonderful! I was introduced
to Amy's through eDiets and Whole Foods, and I have been enjoying
your products for several years now. The burritos and pockets
are a real life saver for me when I'm on the run, and the pizzas
are fantastic, too. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Dear Amy,
I did not read any of the weightloss success stories, but
can only imagine how pleased people are with your products.
I myself have used these tasty meals (from the pizza to the
meatless pot pies) to lose over 60 pounds over the past two
years.
I started out with Atkin's and am now counting calories, but
regardless of the diet plan your meals are just the ticket
for helping me stay on track. I just ate your Santa Fe Enchilada
bowl for my lunch meal. I am thoroughly full, and satisfied
from this low-cal (340 cal) meal and will be sustained for
several hours.
Thanks so much!
And if you want to float a few free coupons my way, I won't
get mad at you. :)

Dear Amy,
A year and a half ago I lost my job due to outsourcing. I
was unemployed for 14 months. After that period of time I was
blessed with a better job than the one I lost with an unfortunate
consequence. I had gained 17 pounds. I started rationing my
meals and changed my diet to rid myself of the excess wieght.
At first I bought the weight conscious frozen dinners but there
were several aspects of those that bothered me. Those meals
were not very tasty, too expensive, and they were sold in plastic
dishes (recent news evolving determines that this kind of packaging
can be deterimental to health and well being).
Recently, due to increasing poisons in the food-supply chain,
I explored the option of an organic-as-possible diet. I started
shopping organically when I noticed Amy's frozen entrees.
looking at the nuutrition label I discovered that the caloric
count was pretty much the same as the reduced calorie options
and the cost was close or even less. I got it home and was
pleasantly surprised to find that these meals were tasty and
not packaged in plastic containers. I am a fan.
Congratulations on producing a quality product.

habbits! We buy 4-8 of your products each week and I was wondering
If there are any coupons available that you could send me.
Thanks for the yummy goodies =) Bradi

Dear
Amy's Kitchen,
I just wanted to give you a big THANK YOU,
for the part you've unknowingly played in
my battle to lose weight! A little over a
month ago, I weighed in the largest I've
ever been. I was successful, two years ago,
with Weight Watchers (lost 40 pounds) and
give high praise to their program. However,
I wanted to try something different, this
time. My husband and I just purchased a new
home, so funds have been pretty tight. I
really couldn't afford to join Weight
Watchers at the time. So, I decided to just really watch what I consumed, eat
smaller portions, and try (I do stress try) to exercise more (my nemesis).
I went to the grocery to buy wholesome foods
and ended up buying your soups (they are
in the organic section and were on sale).
I've been consuming one to two cans of your
soup almost everyday (one for lunch and sometimes
even one for breakfast). Well, guess what?
I've lost eleven pounds in little over a
month!!! Is it the soup? I don't know. But,
I can tell you this much...I am left feeling
full clear thru to the next meal (a.k.a.
no snacking). And, your soups are SO GOOD,
I don't feel deprived! Plus, I've just ventured
into the Shepherd's Pie and found a new favorite,
along with the soups!
I know you, probably, get these kinds of letters all of
the time, but I just had to share the joy! Keep up the
good work...and bring on the soup!
