Every few years I try a frozen dinner, hoping to find one
that might not taste like cardboard and past. This year I found
one, actually several, that so surprised me that I had to write
this letter. The frozen dinners were yours and I would compare
them favorably with restaurant quality, the better restaurants.
For a long time now when I buy packaged food, I read the ingredients.
I almost cannot believe that you are able to prepare such delicious
dinners without all the toxins other companies apparently need.
My wife and I are eating a total of perhaps six meals per week.
And for the first time in my life (I'm sixty-something) I eat
the pizza crust, all of it.
I visited your website recently and can see why you do what
you do. A family business with genuine concern for a product.
May you have continued success.
Best Wishes
Paul Hartney

Subject: Low Sodium Soup
Hi Rachel and Amy's Family,
I
just wanted to let you know that I am new to Amy's products and I've
fallen in love with them!
I knew that I wanted something different to eat for dinner and I thought
oh what the heck maybe another frozen meal, its quick, etc. So
off to the grocery store I went, but I knew that I did not want
the same old frozen entrees that were offered because I was tired
of the bland taste. I also wanted meals to take for lunch. I wanted
something new and tasty and one of your frozen meals caught my eye. Right
away I liked the packaging of the product so I picked up your Veggie
Loaf dinner and the Garden Vegetable Lasagna. The rest
as they say is history. My taste buds thank you!!! So many
times I would buy a frozen entree and would have to keep the spices
near by in order to make it palatable, but not so with Amy's products.
You should be proud of the fabulous meals you make! They are so filled
with flavor that I was amazed and I had to tell my mother and best
friend about them. Now I always include Amy's products and/or
meals on my grocery list and make it a point to try something new each
time I visit the grocery store. I have NOT been in any way disappointed!
I have pretty much stopped buying Weight Watchers and Lean
Cuisine meals as well because your meals are so well balanced
and filled with flavor and spices and you have such a variety
that I don't feel deprived of anything. Also, some of your meals are
low fat, and I've found that even the meals that are not advertised
as low fat are within my caloric range for the day and that is
truly wonderful! I've even told some of my friends at Weight Watchers about
them.
Soup. Now
on to the reason for this letter. I want you to know that this is the
FIRST time I have ever felt compelled to write a letter like this to
any company, it meant that much to me. My blood pressure has been up
a little lately and due to this I will sometimes buy low sodium products,
so I decided to try the low sodium Cream of Tomato soup
today. I was kind of worried because my experience with low sodium
products has never been good, so I admit I was somewhat skeptical about
the taste. I read the back of the label and it sounded so positive
I thought, okay, I'll give it a try. Usually low sodium products are
bland tasting, but not this soup! Oh my goodness! One sip and my taste
buds were singing. I could not believe the flavor. I was so surprised I
actually found myself eating the soup out of the pan, before it was
completely heated! WOW! What flavor! I just had to write this
letter to tell you that once again you've created something your family
should be proud of. This is unquestionably the BEST tomato soup, low
sodium or otherwise that I have EVER eaten. Fantastic is the word.
The flavor was completely unexpected, especially because of my
past experience with low sodium soups. I must tell you that I
am off to the grocery store with list in hand to add more of this lovely
soup as well as others that you have advertised on your web site.
Thank you so much for putting such thought into your products, I just
can't tell you how refreshing it is to find something that is good
for you and that is bursting with flavor at the same time. I
appreciate that you have a wide variety of vegetarian meals which
I just love. I have never been able to find the variety and goodness
that Amy's provides in any other company.
Thanks also for the wonderful web site, the information about
your products is invaluable to me too because of lactose intolerant
family members.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and I hope to again
write to you when I have more experiences to share with you and your
family about your wonderful Amy's products.

To:
Amy. I have long been an advocate of your products. Everyone
is curious about the black bean burritos they smell in the
kitchen around lunchtime here at the office: "Oh,
that smells good! What is that?" I
tell them exactly what it is and where to find it in the
store. I
am expecting my first child and appreciate not only that
you produce vegetarian meals and use organic ingredients,
but that you do not add preservatives and chemicals to your
meals and do not use plastic trays. Knowing that everything
I eat affects my baby, I am much more comfortable eating your microwaveable
meals than any other product line on the shelf!
All in all, your combination of ingredients and wholesome
foods provides the best option to affordable, frozen lunches.
Thank you - and keep up the good work!
Sincerely
Lydia Fink-Cox Amy's consumer of 9 years
Email from: Dom Moreci - June 21st 2004 Subject: Amy, Thanks from a 17 month old.
Thank you very much for making such yummy Lasagna.
Our 17 month old daughter Ava (see photo) is a bit of a picky eater.
Sometimes she will eat very well and a large variety of
foods. Other times we can barely get her to take a bite of
anything. The only thing she has enjoyed every single time
and the only thing keeping us sane at times is Amy's Lasagna's.
Maybe
its an Italian thing since she is half Sicilian. Maybes its
a baby thing. Either way she LOVES her Amy's.
Great handfuls of Lasagna get shoved in her mouth and smeared
all over her face. And its one of the only foods that doesn't
end up on our dining room floor.
Thanks again. Dom, Dawn and Ava Moreci

Subject: Thanks Dear Amy
I
had to write. I love your food especially the cheese
enchilada dinner and I can't live without your chunky tomato
bisque soup - I'm heating it as I write. My 12 year
old son begs for your pizza bites. We discovered your
product when visiting Austin TX last May and I was presently
surprised when Hannaford in our area (Rotterdam, NY) began
offering it recently. I like the healthy choices and
that my husband is finally eating right because it tastes
so good! Thank you!!

Sincere Thank You!!
Dear Amy's,
I am a 23 year old male living in Philadelphia. I work at a high volume
car dealership. In a given week, I put in about 55-65 hours. So eating
for me had become a nuisance. It just got in the way. At mealtimes
I would get some fast food or delivery. This trend put me in a position
where I was eating very unhealthy. I was always tired and stressed-out.
Then
one day my roommate's girlfriend recommended your Tamale
pie. I had never heard of Amy's before but after reading
your packaging and seeing how healthy it appeared, I decided
to give it a try. Needless to say it was delicious!!! The
following weeks have been filled with wonder and discovery.
I have a Whole Foods nearby and they carry most of your line.
I have sampled everything from your Tasty Lasagna to your
Satisfying Brown Rice and Vegetable Bowl and everything in
between.
I want to thank everyone at Amy's for creating such an approachable
line of delicious and nutritious foods. My life has changed
so dramatically since I was introduced to your products.
Amy's has opened my eyes to the wonderful world of natural,
organic food. I feel healthier and more alive than I have
in YEARS. When I sit down to eat one of your meals, time
stops and the comfort of home warms my heart. In today's
world, it's nice to have a company that truly gives something
to the public. Keep it up Amy's, I look forward to trying
your new products in the future.
