I wanted to write a note to tell you how much I enjoy your organic frozen foods.

In November of last year I began making many changes in my eating habits, with more balanced meals and attempting to eliminate sugar and white flour from my diet. With the dietary changes and exercise, I have lost 40 pounds and am at my "ideal" body weight for the first time in years.

I work full-time anddo prepare things ahead of time which i freeze and take with me for lunch to heat in the microwave. A few months ago I tried your organic Black Bean (breakfast) Burritos and think they are really good; I have them for lunch quite often. This week when I was shopping I bought a couple of the brown rice and tofu bowls to try. Those are so delicious, I went back and bought more to keep in the freezer to have for lunch. The burritos and rice bowls add some variety to my lunchtime choices. I was especially glad to find the brown rice, because as I'm sure you know, most of the frozen bowls in the store are prepared with white rice.

I'm not vegetarian, but have added and/or substituted some soy protein in my diet. Your products allow me to enjoy foods that I would not ordinarily eat because they are nutritious adn also taste great!

Thanks, and keep up the good work.
Sincerely
C. McDonnell

Subject: Many thanks!!

Hi, My name is Jeannine and I just wanted to thank you for your wonderful products that stock my local grocery store. This year I decided that after struggling for years with my weight, I was going to make some changes in my diet.

The first thing I decided to do was eliminate dairy from my diet, my favorite. I also have tried to replace many things with soy products. In my search for healthy products, I stumbled upon Amy's about 6 months ago. I have been hooked ever since.

Since my change in diet I have lost 30 lbs. and I'm just beginning to feel good enough to exercise, although it is a struggle. My goal is to lose another 75 lbs., so I'm on my way. It makes me feel so good to know I am getting quality, organic foods - products I can trust while I am still learning about proper nutrition and portion size.

Thank you for caring about health, and making it enjoyable for me to eat and feel good about my choices!!

Dear ‘Amy’,

Last night, I had my first Amy’s Organic Vegetables and Grains dinner, and I just wanted to write and tell you how grateful I am. I’ve had diabetes for twenty years and have been time and again warned by my doctor to stop eating meat for the health of my kidneys. It is a battle that I have been losing for years. Nothing tasted good. I could find no substitute for meat, that is, until my wife and I purchased two of your frozen Whole Meal Dinners. They were delicious and the ingredients are so well suited, even for someone who has diabetes.

Thank you so very much for your fine vegetarian foods. God bless you.

Sincerely,
Chuck Bigbee

Subject: thank you

Email!Wanted to take a minute to write you a 'love letter!' My daughter, who will be 4 in a couple weeks, was practically raised on your food. From the time that she was eating 'real' food--it has been Amy's. Kudos to you for an incredibly tasty product line. When all the other children at her babysitter's house were eating hot dogs and macaroni and cheese, Cassie was enjoying her Enchiladas, Shepherd's Pies, Pizzas and more. The other moms always thought that eventually Cassie would want what all the other kids were having but that never happened, nor will it ever I believe. See, because she was raised on lots of veggies, fruits, organic foods and soy, she has developed 'healthy tastebuds'. Time after time, when given the choice of meals, she chooses organic, healthy meals--most always Amy's. I'm grateful that your products have been available to us; organic meals are hard to find where I live. Soon, our second baby will be enjoying your food as well!

Thanks again...for being one of the pioneers in making vegetarian, organic food--mouthwatering!

Amy's Kitchen Puttanesca
A vegetarian take on the traditional puttanesca recipe, this sauce is filled with veggies liek zucchini, carrots, and caramelized onions – and doesn't contain anchovies. Slow-cooked tomatoes and balsamic vinegar give the sauce its dark-red color.
