SUMMARY
The project leader, reporting to Technical Service Director and working closely with R&D department, will plan and carry out thermal process experiments on canned products using pilot plant and full size retort equipment. Results will be analyzed with software and submitted to authorities for the issuance of official processes for new products and current products on new equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- This position requires a Bachelors degree in food science or related field.
- Two years of experience in thermal process development or canning R&D/quality assurance is preferred but not required.
