CORPORATE BENEFITS, COMPENSATION AND HRIS MANAGER

SUMMARY
The positions will be responsible for the design, implementation, communication and administration of benefit programs and managing the compensation systems and HRIS for the company
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:
- Manage and evaluate current benefit plan strengths and weaknesses to ensure employee satisfaction and minimize costs, manages multiple provider relationships and ensures all company expectations are being met.
- Plan and recommend future benefit programs, strategy, and plan changes as needed to meet the changing needs of the company and employees.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analytics to support the development of benefit programs, including proposals for program changes, utilization, vendor performance, trends and program analysis
- Perform and present compensation analyses and recommendations to senior management. Lead research and analysis of market data to ensure competitive compensation programs Develop business cases for compensation changes.
- Manage compensation administration including directing job analysis and evaluation, position description development, market pricing.
- Develop and administer base and variable pay structures, incentives and bonus programs.
- Manage the strategic direction, ongoing development and integration of the HRIS system.
- Work with key stakeholders to determine areas for development and optimization of the system. Develop solutions to improve existing processes to further streamline the effectiveness within Human Resources
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years specialized benefits and compensation experience. Expertise in human resources information systems.
- Three to five years experience in a leadership role managing direct reports required.
- SPHR/PHR, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation a plus.
- Strong technical skills: MS-Word Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of state and federal and local laws governing compensation & benefits practices. Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefit plan design, administration, practices, as well as state and federal laws.
